How far are you from the Midlands Air Festival event site?
As the official campsite of the Midlands Air Festival we are only a short 350m walk from the main arena entrance all set within the beautiful surroundings of the historic Ragley Hall Estate.

Do I have to book ahead?
Yes - you must have purchased your tickets for the Midlands Air Festival and the Midlands Air Festival Campsite prior to your arrival to the campsite. Without a valid ticket you will not be able to gain entry to the site.

Do I also need a ticket for the Midlands Air Festival 2023?
Yes - The Midlands Air Festival Campsite is for attendees of the Midlands Air Festival only. You will not be permitted into the campsite without a 3-day event ticket.

If I need to make changes to my booking, am I able to do so?
Yes - just email any amendments to info@midlandsairfestivalcampsite.com (or info@brookbelltents.co.uk if you have chosen a glamping package) and a reply will confirm any booking cost changes.

Can I park next to my tent?
Yes - New for this year you will now be able to drive your car into the camping field and park next to your tent. If you have booked a caravan/live-in vehicle pitch your vehicle may be parked within your allocated pitch or the campsite car park.

Are there set pitches?
There are no set pitches for General camping and Quiet camping but we have plenty of room so please just pitch up where you feel happy. Caravan/live-in vehicles will be allocated a specific pitch depending on the size booked.

What is the difference between general camping and quiet camping?
Quiet camping is a designated area with a noise curfew in place from 21:00 to 07:00. The campsite rules outlined in the campsite terms and conditions apply to all areas.

What facilities will the campsite have?
Within the campsite all guests will have access to drinking water points, shared toilet and shower facilities and elsan disposal points. There will also be a bar and food outlets within the campsite as well as 24-hour security patrols and campsite office.

What do I do with my rubbish?
Recycling and general waste bins will be provided throughout the campsite. Please use these facilities and help us keep the countryside clean.

Is anything prohibited?
No animals are permitted anywhere on the campsite or event site. Generators are also not permitted. For a full list of prohibited items please see our campsite terms and conditions.

Can I bring my pet?
No animals or pets are permitted anywhere on the campsite or event site.
​
Can I bring a BBQ?
You may bring a BBQ solely for use on the campsite. It must be raised off of the ground while in use. No open fires are permitted.

When can I arrive?
The campsite opens at 13:00 on Thursday 1st June 2023. Please note that the main event site will not open to the public until the Friday 2nd June 2023.

When must I depart?
The campsite closes at 11:00 on Monday 5th June 2023.
