Campsite Terms and Conditions
Brook and Heller Limited trading as 'Midlands Air Festival Campsite' sells camping and campsite pitches for the Midlands Air Festival via the website www.midlandsairfestivalcampsite.com. These conditions are a legally binding contract between Brook and Heller Limited and 'you'; all persons who purchase a ticket from the Midlands Air Festival Campsite website alongside the rest of your party and additionally all persons who enter the Midlands Air Festival Campsite.

All bookings for the Midlands Air Festival Campsite must be made through this website prior to attendance at the event and for every person attended, no matter what age. To make a booking you must confirm that; you are over 18, you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf and that you accept these terms and conditions. All prices on our website include VAT at the current prevailing rate. Full payment must be made via PayPal on our website to secure the booking.

We will offer a full refund during the cooling off period of 48 hours. After the cooling off period partial or full refunds for any cause or reason are completely at the discretion of Brook and Heller Limited and will include an admin charge. Brook and Heller Limited will not be held responsible for any consequential losses incurred by ticket holders attending the event for any reason.

Any photographs, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any descriptions or illustrations contained in our promotional material or on the website, are issued or published solely to provide you with an approximate idea of our Campsite and the
services. All due care and diligence is exercised in the production of such information, and information concerning our facilities has been compiled as accurately as possible by our own staff and has been checked at the time of going
to press. However, there may be time when certain amenities are temporarily not available and it is possible, that a facility we have described may have been modified or is not available. Such situations may be dictated by local circumstances, unsuitable weather conditions or necessity for maintenance.

You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent, which we will not withhold unreasonably. We can transfer all or any of our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these Terms. The Company reserves the right to alter these terms at any time. Please check back regularly for changes. These Terms and any non-contractual obligations relating to these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. This means a Contract for a camping booking purchased through us and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceeding in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceeding in Scotland. This contract shall be concluded in the English language.
Tickets must be presented upon arrival to campsite management and security teams to check in and gain access to the campsite. The campsite is open from 13:00 on Thursday 1st June 2023 until 11:00 on Monday 5th June 2023. For safety reasons limiting vehicle movement in darkness we cannot accommodate arrivals between 20:00 and 08:00 each night so please plan your journey carefully and allow plenty of time.

We reserve the right at any time, without prior notice and without providing its reasons to refuse admission to or expel any attendee who, in our reasonable opinion does not or is likely not to comply with the entry requirements, has or is likely to commit an offence or anything which is unlawful and behaves or is likely to behave in an unacceptable or unruly manner likely to cause offence to other attendees.
All attendees must follow the following Campsite Rules and reasonable written and/or verbal instructions of festival stewards, other staff and officials and the police or other emergency services at all times.
In the interests of safety, we may request to conduct personal body searches of attendees and/or search their personal belongings including vehicles. We shall be entitled to refuse entry to or expel from the festival site any attendee who refuses to comply with such a request.
Campsite Rules

Over 18's will need to bring ID if they wish to purchase and/or consume alcohol.

No animals are permitted on the site.

BBQ's must be raised of the ground and ashes left to cool prior to disposal in the dedicated BBQ bin.

Fires are not permitted.

Rubbish must be placed in bins provided.

Respect other campsite users at all times. The Midlands Air Festival Campsite is produced for the enjoyment of all who attend.

Excessive noise should not be made in the pitched and general camping areas between 23:00 and 06:00 and in the quiet camping area between 21:00 and 07:00.

Unauthorised trading, advertising and any other promotional activities are not permitted on the campsite.
